“Deva” has shock white hair, powdery pale skin and the pink eyes of an albino, and seems to favour grey and lighter blues in her clothing styles. As mentioned, she holds a visible resemblance to Colonel White, and is believed to be a daughter or other very close relative.

When captured aboard the Lion-Class DropShip, Periphery Ranger, she was found to be giving direction to pilots far more her superior in age and rank, and they were listening to her. She also seemed to know the command staff of the DropShip fairly well.
