Chief Petty Officer Dekla Tovan is the lead computer operator aboard the “Brazen Rover”, with a specialization in Computer Engineering and programming, as well as Electronics.
Tovan tends to avoid the rest of the crew, and seems both self-important and short-tempered.
Bio:
Little is known abut his origins or prior service history. He has some experience in previous operations aboard DropShips, but seems limited in his knowledge of combat operations.
