Born and raised in San Succi, he comes from a family of waste pickers, and worked his way through university, until he was able to gain basic law degree, specializing in Resources Law. In 3021, amidst the chaos of the start of the civil conflict in Sangria, he and his family fled south into The District of Garcia, and quickly found work doing salvage work in the war-torn ruins of the capital. He was the first to organize the local waste pickers into a union and his efforts in activism came to the attention of then Mayor Albertina Diego. He was given an award by the city, and soon began doing work during the organization of the local Sangrian Provisional Government, for Diego’s constitutional team.

With the formal election of Diego to governor of the district, and the dissolution of most of her former staff, he was referred to the * “The Iron Dingoes” new utilities company. Despite his young age, he proved to be a good manager with a particular interest in the recycling end of the business, and rose in months to a position where he was offered the position of CEO of the company. He accepted, despite some reluctance, but has proven very good at applying his knowledge of local law towards getting the power plant on-line, and expanding the company’s recycling efforts.
