He is affiliated with The Com Guards sect of Comstar.

Bio:

Precentor Damien was the initial contact sent by Comstar, once knowledge of the Cluster had reached their organization. He has been quoted, regarding the relationship as, “…We help them… and they allow us to help them…”.
